• Build and improve our social media and email campaigns

Customer Service Representative (remote possible)

• Be the main point of contact for our customers by email and chat

• Turn every request into a pleasant, reassuring experience

• Handle after-sales follow-up: returns, deliveries, customer satisfaction

• Work closely with our internal teams

Logistics and Operations Assistant

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners

• Track orders and returns closely

• Manage inventory in real time

• Suggest ways to improve our processes

E-commerce Assistant

• Run the online store day to day: catalog, presentation, technical side

• Add and edit products, check content and visuals

• Make small technical fixes and help out during promotions
